By ordering from Fällkniven AB the customer accepts the company’s terms and conditions. Fällkniven AB can at any time make changes in these terms and conditions. If so, the changes will be published at fallkniven.se and they will become valid from the date of publishing. Fällkniven AB is not responsible for any misprints.
Prices and payment
Inside EU VAT is included in all prices. Outside EU VAT is not included. Extra charges that are out of our control, i. e. taxes and VAT, may be added depending on which country the customer orders from. It is up to each customer to look into what rules applies to his or her country. Freight costs will be added. Orders via Fällkniven’s webshop, with a total value of goods that exceeds 8 000 SEK (outside EU) / 10 000 SEK (inside EU, VAT included) will be delivered without any freight costs. Orders will usually be taken care of the same day if they are received no later than 3 p.m. on business days.
Fällkniven AB has the right to change its prices at any time without notice.
Payment can be arranged via Visa/MasterCard. All transactions are sent encrypted via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). For increased safety we also use 3DSecure.
Return policy
All customers have the right to regret the purchase within 14 days from the day of receiving the goods. Even if the customer regrets the purchase he or she has to collect the goods and after that return it to Fällkniven AB. If returning the receipt has to be attached. Please contact Fällkniven AB before returning the goods. When returning the purchase, the goods have to be in the same condition as when delivered. Engraved products are not covered by the return policy. The customer has to pay for the return freight and is also responsible for delivery to Fällkniven AB. Returned products will be compensated with the value of goods.
Warranty
Each new knife from Fällkniven is covered with a ten year warranty. Fällkniven AB will repair or replace knives that we find defective. The warranty only applies to Fällkniven knives purchased from authorized Fällkniven dealers, make sure you save the receipt. Grey-imported products are not covered by our warranty.
Sheaths and whetstones are not covered by our warranty unless they are apparently faulty manufactured.
Delivery
Most orders are shipped by the Swedish Postal Service, PostNord. If the package is heavy (> 2 kg) or the value is high (> 10 000 SEK), UPS will deliver. If the package is not picked up from the post office or failed to deliver and returned to Fallkniven, the customer will be charged with a fee of SEK 300. In the rare event of a missing shipment, Fallkniven will make a claim for a lost shipment and PostNord are eligible for an investigation window of up to 60 days from the date the claim was submitted.
Force Majeure
Fällkniven AB is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs or renders production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labor conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements’ obligations.
Cookies

When ordering a product the customer has to fill in personal information. Fällkniven AB processes personal data in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificates to establish an encrypted connection when visiting our website.
